Pixara Vaccine Policy

At Pixara, we prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients. Given the ongoing global health challenges, we have developed this vaccine policy to support a safe and healthy workplace while adhering to public health guidelines.

1. Vaccination Encouragement

We strongly encourage all employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect themselves, their colleagues, and the broader community. Vaccination is one of the most effective tools in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and ensuring the continued safety of our work environment.

2. Employee Vaccination Status

  • Vaccinated Employees: Employees who are fully vaccinated will not be required to undergo regular testing (if applicable) and can work in-office, hybrid, or remotely based on their agreement with the company.

  • Unvaccinated Employees: While Pixara respects personal choice, employees who are not vaccinated may be asked to follow additional safety protocols, such as wearing masks, social distancing, or participating in regular COVID-19 testing (where applicable), especially for those working on-site.

3. Remote Work and Flexibility

For employees who are unable or unwilling to receive the vaccine due to medical, religious, or personal reasons, we offer flexibility in work arrangements. These employees may be able to work remotely or in a hybrid model based on their role, job requirements, and health and safety considerations.

4. Health and Safety Measures

In addition to encouraging vaccination, we will continue to implement the following health and safety measures for all employees:

  • Regular sanitization of offices and common areas.

  • Mask policies (where required) to prevent potential transmission, especially in areas with high community spread.

  • Health screenings for employees entering the office.

  • Physical distancing in office spaces to reduce contact and exposure.

5. Compliance with Local Laws

Pixara’s vaccination policy complies with local, state, and national regulations regarding employee health and safety. We will continue to review and update the policy in response to evolving government guidelines, public health advisories, and the needs of our workforce.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All vaccination-related information will be kept confidential and will only be shared on a need-to-know basis for workplace safety purposes. We respect the privacy of our employees and will handle all health information in accordance with privacy laws.

7. Exceptions and Accommodations

Pixara recognizes that some employees may have medical or religious reasons for not being vaccinated. Employees requesting an exemption from the vaccine requirement must submit a formal request to HR. We will engage in a dialogue to provide reasonable accommodations where possible.

Pixara is committed to creating a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. We believe that vaccination plays a key role in this, but we also understand and respect individual choices. Our policy will be flexible, adaptive, and designed to meet the needs of both the company and our employees while following public health guidelines.
