Pixara Refund Policy

Pixara is committed to ensuring clarity and transparency in our refund policy, which is structured to respect both client needs and the resources dedicated to preparing our services. Please read our detailed terms below:

1. Overview of Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued based on the time frame of the cancellation and the type of service booked. This policy applies to cancellations made by the client or situations where rescheduling isn’t possible due to unforeseen events.

2. Refund Policy by Cancellation Time Frame

  • Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before the Event Date

    • Refund Amount: 90% of the booking deposit will be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee.

    • Explanation: Since we can accommodate new bookings in this window, a substantial portion of your deposit is eligible for return.

  • Cancellations Made 15-29 Days Before the Event Date

    • Refund Amount: 50% of the booking deposit is refundable.

    • Explanation: Partial refunds cover costs already incurred in planning and resource allocation.

  • Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of the Event Date

    • Refund Amount: No refund is issued.

    • Explanation: This close to the event, resources have been allocated, and alternative bookings are less feasible, so deposits become non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Refund Policy

  • Rescheduling is possible based on notice provided:

    • 30 Days or More Notice: Complimentary one-time rescheduling based on availability.

    • 15-29 Days Notice: Rescheduling incurs an administrative fee.

    • Within 14 Days: Rescheduling may incur a higher fee, and is subject to availability and vendor commitments.

4. Refund Exceptions for Special Circumstances

  • Unforeseen Events (Natural Disasters, Weather, etc.)

    • For cancellations due to uncontrollable events, we aim to reschedule when possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will discuss partial refunds.

  • Medical and Family Emergencies

    • In cases of documented medical or family emergencies, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis to accommodate these unique situations.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Certain services, such as rush orders, custom items, or third-party fees, are non-refundable as specified in your service agreement.

6. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be made in writing to contact@pixara.in and are confirmed once acknowledged by our team.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
