1. Processing and Handling Times
Standard Orders: Processing for most items, including printed photos, canvases, and digital prints, takes 5-7 business days.
Customized Orders: For customized artwork or special edition products, processing can take 7-14 business days, depending on the level of customization.
Rush Orders: Available upon request, and subject to an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss rush order availability.
2. Shipping Options and Estimated Times
Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-10 business days after processing.
Express Shipping (Domestic): 2-5 business days after processing.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 10-21 business days.
We partner with reputable couriers to provide reliable shipping; however, please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors, such as customs processing for international orders.
3. Shipping Fees
Domestic Shipping: Rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
International Shipping: Fees vary depending on destination and size, and the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply.
Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on specific items or order amounts.
4. Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Our packaging materials include bubble wrap, protective sheets, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage in transit.
5. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
Upon shipment, we provide tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Signature Requirement: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to assist with processing your claim.
Lost Items: If an item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier for assistance. Pixara will also work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Return Shipping
